How to use Checklist

1. Get started — create your group

1. Open the app home page.
2. Tap Get started.
3. Enter your Group name (e.g. Vadodara). This becomes your student link.
4. Enter your name, email, and password.
5. Tap Create group — you are now the admin.

Example: Group name Vadodara → student link becomes https://cl.saidava.com/vadodara

2. Add checklist items

1. From the admin dashboard, open Checklist.
2. Type a task title (e.g. Surya Namaskar in the morning).
3. Tap Add.
4. Add as many daily tasks as you need.

These items appear for every student each day. Students tick them when done.

3. Add students

1. Open Students in the admin menu.
2. Enter the student’s name.
3. Set a password (backup — at least 4 characters).
4. Set a 4-digit PIN (used every day to log in).
5. Tap Add student.

Tell each student their PIN privately. They will use name + PIN to open their checklist.

4. Share the link with students

On your dashboard you will see the Student link. Copy and share it via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Replace your-group-name with your group slug (e.g. vadodara).

5. Track who completed today

Dashboard shows today’s progress for each item:

• 7 / 10 means 7 out of 10 students completed that task today.
• The green bar shows completion percentage.

Detailed report (link on dashboard) shows a table:

• Each row = one student
• Each column = one checklist item
• ✓ = done that day, — = not done
• Pick any date to see past days

6. How students use it

1. Open the group link on their phone.
2. Select their name from the list.
3. Enter their 4-digit PIN.
4. Tick items as they complete them.
5. Tap Logout when finished (optional).

Checklist resets each new day — students tick again for today’s tasks.

FAQ

How do I log in again as admin?

Use Admin login with your group slug, email, and password.

Can I change a student’s PIN?

Remove the student and add them again with a new PIN.

What if a student forgets their PIN?

Admin can remove and re-add the student with a new PIN, or share the backup password if you use that flow later.

Does the checklist carry over to tomorrow?

No. Each day is fresh. Yesterday’s ticks are saved for reports, but today starts empty.

Can two groups use the same app?

Yes. Each group has its own URL, students, items, and admin.
